Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds may be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the Registration.

2. If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, no refund will be issued.

3. If the course has already started and the student wishes to cancel, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the remaining classes.

4. In case of cancellation due to medical emergency or unforeseeable circumstances, the student may be eligible for a refund upon presentation of supporting documentation.

5. If a course is cancelled by Impact acdemy or by its authorized personnel, a full refund may be issued.

6. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of the cancellation request.

7. To request a cancellation, the student must send an email to us with the Registration number or ID number and reason for cancellation.

8. Any discounts applied to the original purchase will be forfeited upon cancellation.

9. The cancellation policy may be subject to change at the discretion of Impact Academy. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to the students.
